Complete Water Solutions was contracted to provide and install equipment to help with an Auto Parts Manufacture. The current process used oil to heat and cool the injection molds. The customer found a benefit by going to one centralized water system to heat and cool the molds. The equipment included a Industrial 5 GPM Reverse Osmosis System complete with Water Softener & Carbon Filter By doing this they were estimated to save over $250,000 annually in energy costs. Complete Water Solutions provided the equipment, installation and installed all the drops that were required to each machine.
