Open Position: Entry Level Service Technician

Job Description & Duties:

This position is entry level. We will train the right candidate. The Entry Level Service Technician responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Excellent customer service skills & communicating in a positive manner with customers
  • Servicing of water treatment equipment (i.e. water softeners, reverse osmosis and DI, etc.)
  • Electrical including control wiring, motor controls, relays and switches
  • Late night work required frequently, some overnight trips required.
  • Applicant must be able to participate in on-call rotation
  • Completing paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and turned in daily
  • Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment – Must be organized
  • Exceed Customer Expectations

Essential Functions:

  • Seeking a highly motivated, independent and mechanically-inclined individual.
  • Must be able to provide detailed and accurate documentation of any and all service work performed, both on written and electronic (computer) work tickets
  • Consistent and dependable job attendance
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Ability to pass a drug screening test
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently and up to 150 lbs
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Punctual & Prompt
  • Occasional late night and overnight trips required
  • Participation in a rotating on-call schedule, for when emergency service is needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Compensation: Commensurate with experience  Starting $12.00 – $15.00 Per Hour, minimum 40 Hours Per Week

Open Position: Experienced Service Technician

Job Description & Duties:

We are currently searching for a Full-time (40 hours/week) field service technician to support our water treatment business. This position is for an experienced water treatment field service technician. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Diagnose and repair water treatment equipment (Industrial Reverse Osmosis)
  • Starting up new or replacement water treatment systems
  • Servicing of water treatment equipment (i.e. water softeners, reverse osmosis, DI)
  • Assist with electrical including control wiring, motor controls, relays and switches
  • Installing new or exchanging preexisting water treatment equipment
  • Installing new or replacing plumbing to/from the system
  • Cleaning RO Membranes
  • Replacing RO membranes
  • Rebuilding Valve Heads & Controls
  • Re-bedding filters
  • Completing all paperwork related to tasks in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Collect, log and analyze field data including water, resin, etc.

Essential Functions:

OPEN POSITION: Territory Sales Engineer (B2B)

Job Description & Duties:

Territory Sales Engineer is a highly motivated sales representative that sells, leases and rents our customized products and services throughout the  Northeast Wisconsin Territory. Our Territory Sales Engineers are responsible for developing leads, marketing and maintaining existing sales in a given territory. Some of the career duties include:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy in territory
  • Pro-actively cultivate and manage new and existing customer relationships
  • Prospect via cold calling, face to face meetings, and emailing for new customer development
  • Analyze customer & prospects needs through multiple avenues including water testing, evaluating existing equipment, etc.
  • Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with customers
  • Manage accounts and design appropriate solutions based on customer needs
  • Manage the preparation of customer focused technical and commercial quotations/proposals
  • Follow up with customers and prospects regularly
  • Business Development Of Territory
  • Quote Writing & Delivery
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions when required

Essential Functions:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
